Wedding Stationery Wording Etiquette

Wedding Invitations and Evening Invitations are usually sent by the hosts of the wedding, we have suggested some alternative wordings below to fit different situations. Of course you can always add your own (simply supply on disk).

It is usual that the invitations are sent out about 6 weeks before the wedding date.

Invitations should be addressed to the guests with their names written in full eg: Mr. and Mrs. Ian Taylor, a family invitation should be written: Mr. and Mrs. Ian Taylor, Alison and Jack.

**Don't forget important information such as an r.s.v.p date if requested.
If no confetti is allowed make sure it says so on the invitation - this is often the case depending on where you are getting married (but you can always have your wedding party blowing bubbles instead.)
