The Wedding Invitation Company Terms and Conditions
We endeavour to ensure that all our customers have complete satisfaction no matter
what their requirements are. It should, however, be understood that all orders
are accepted on the following conditions:
Ordering Samples
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.
If you would like a sample design creating, please contact us to discuss your requirements. There is a small charge of £10.00 for this service which shall be deducted from your final order.
Placing Your Order
Please Note: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required when order is placed. When your order is received a proof copy of your stationery will be sent for you to sign and return on approval in the envelope provided.
Payment
The balance must be paid before your stationery is sent. This is usually about 2-3 months prior to your wedding.
(Please allow 2-3 weeks from payment to delivery)
Delivery is included in the price.
A signature will be required on delivery.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
As all orders are personal to you, refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is faulty.
Please Note: we cannot guarantee all cards to be identical due to raw materials and hand production methods.
